From the HOME Page or any of the Index Pages choose any weight of yarn or project link. Click (thumb) through the pages (clicking on the pictures) to see the products available. Click on the large picture on the product pages and you will see a large picture come up in a different screen (close the window to continue shopping).

If you see something you like click on the down arrow on ––Color–– to see the selection of colors available and in Kits you can click on See Colors and Yarn Page to view the colors. If you would like to take a closer look at the product click on View Large Picture.

If you would like to buy the item shown on that page, on the bottom of the page you can (using the selection boxes) choose the ––Color–– / ––Size–– / ––Quantity–– and click BUY NOW - ADD TO CART. You will be automatically transferred to the Shopping Cart.

In the Shopping Cart, you will see what you have ordered (including the total price). There are three methods of ordering Secure Online, Phone or Fax and by Mail. There are two buttons on the bottom of the page Purchase or Continue Shopping. If you choose (click on) Purchase you will be transferred to the page where we gather the shipping information.

If you choose to purchase with a Credit Card Online, at the bottom of the page there is an ENTER Button, click on this and you will be transferred to a Secure Server will be securely directed to the financial institution who issued you the cardholder, your credit card, anywhere in the world. You will be notified of approval or decline within 5 to 15 seconds depending on your Internet connection.

Approximately 5 to 15 seconds later (depending on your internet connection) you will recieve a Web Page confirming your order and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to your mailbox.

By Phone: Call Toll Free 1-877-288-6558 - Fill out and print the order form from the Internet and then phone us, having your credit card ready to complete your order.

Shipping, Handling and Insured Delivery:

For quicker handling figure the total amount of the merchandise order, add the amount which includes shipping, handling and insured delivery (Effective in North America only).

Packages sent via standard shipping go by surface mail, not airmail. In our experience, standard shipments take about 2 to 3 weeks to Canada and the US, 3 to 5 weeks to the United Kingdom, 4 to 6 weeks to Japan, Australia and United Arab Emerites and 5 to 8 weeks to Brazil, to name a few.

Sales Taxes:

Canadian, US and International orders are not subject to taxes. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.

Returns and Refunds:

Books, patterns and knitting needles can not be returned. Yarn returns must be authorized by ShopSmart Online Inc. (call us toll free: 1-877-288-6558). Shipping costs on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent by Parcel Post MAIL (not by courier) to our head office (not our warehouses):
